IPS3-102: Project Management in P6 Professional

This course is ideal for students that are new to P6 Professional as well as those transitioning from P3 or SureTrak. Provides hands-on training for Primavera P6 Professional, leading participants through the entire P6 project life cycle, from planning to execution. Topics include adding activities, assigning resources, and creating a baseline. Participants gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning a P6 schedule and as well as updating the schedule. All workshops and instruction stress the three basic elements of project management: schedule, resource and costs.

Prerequisite: Fundamental project management training, knowledge of P3, SureTrak or MS Project is ideal.
