Step 1 — WBS & Contractor Narrative Analysis

PMI and AACE-based WBS quality scoring. Structure, hierarchy, primacy — evaluated before you touch a single activity. IPSYS extracts text directly from the contractor narrative and generates actionable contractor delay statements — carried progressively through every step of the analysis.

Step 2 — DCMA 14-Point Health Check
